Are your clothes true to size?
We provide a detailed size chart for each product to help you find the perfect fit for your baby. All our clothes are designed with a baby's comfort in mind, but if you're between sizes, we often recommend sizing up for a longer wear time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
As we work with specialised suppliers to bring you the best products, order processing takes 2-7 business days. Once shipped, delivery to the UK typically takes an additional 10-20 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!
Why is shipping longer than other online stores?
To ensure we offer unique and high-quality items without holding large inventories, we use a curated dropshipping model. This means your order is handmade and shipped directly from our specialist partner, which takes a little longer than standard warehouse shipping, but results in a fresher, more carefully handled product for your baby.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our dropshipping model and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are faulty, damaged, or if we sent you the incorrect item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to resolve any issues.
What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?
We're so sorry if this has happened! Please contact us immediately at contact.babybundled@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged/incorrect item. We will quickly work with our supplier to send a replacement or issue a full refund.
